My connection with the small business sector extends over 30 years, with roles ranging from owner and manager to employee, particularly in the realms of manufacturing and construction. But my journey with small businesses began even earlier than that.

The photo here is of me at around 3 years old.  Taken outside the family printing business, where all the employees had taken a break to enjoy the snow.  Even at that age I loved being there, and not just on snow days!
