Your Questions Answered

What is a Workshop?

A workshop is an interactive session designed to educate and engage participants in a specific subject area. It's a structured yet flexible environment where attendees are encouraged to discuss, practice, and apply new skills and ideas. Workshops are typically led by an expert or facilitator who guides the group through various activities, discussions, and exercises aimed at achieving the session's learning objectives. The goal is to foster a collaborative and immersive experience that promotes active learning, problem-solving, and the opportunity to exchange ideas. Workshops can vary in length and can be conducted in-person or online, depending on the needs and preferences of the participants.

What Are the Costs?

My comprehensive one-day workshops are available for £299. This fee encompasses a thorough pre-assessment—complete with telephone consultations and questionnaires—to tailor the workshop to your specific needs. You have the flexibility to choose between hosting the session at your premises or conducting it online.

Following the workshop, you will receive a detailed report summarising the session and its outcomes. Additionally, I include a follow-up call to discuss your ongoing progress and address any further questions you may have.

Please note that depending on your location, there may be additional travel expenses.

Do You Only Run One Day Workshops

My one-day workshops offer a comprehensive package for those looking to address their challenges, explore solutions, and devise an actionable plan for the future. I suggest starting with these workshops as they provide a solid foundation and clear direction. However, there are scenarios where an extended workshop could be more advantageous. Take product development, for example—such as creating an app for your business—where I would recommend a Design Sprint. This is an intensive workshop that accelerates the product development journey from initial concept to user testing in just four days, streamlining what would typically take weeks.

Following our initial consultation, I can determine the most suitable workshop to meet your needs. But to emphasise, my one-day workshops are designed to be a robust solution in themselves, especially for companies new to the workshop experience.
