About the Workshop
Business planning and strategy can be confusing areas for many businesses, with even the largest companies occasionally getting it wrong. The reason so many get this wrong is twofold: a) there is an abundance of advice on what constitutes a business strategy—much of it incorrect—which can create a minefield, and b) teams often lack real data on which to base business decisions, instead relying on endless internal discussions.
With a series of activities to guide you, by the end of this workshop, you will have a clear understanding of what effective strategy looks like and the core concepts of your own strategy. This course can be extended into a two-day course where you can drill down and develop a clear action plan for the year ahead.
You will benefit from:
An initial consultation to delve into your specific challenges.
A pre-workshop questionnaire or phone call with team members to ensure engagement and enthusiasm.
Reading material that showcases examples of effective strategy, as well as strategies to avoid.
A comprehensive one-day workshop.
A detailed report summarising the workshop's findings, complete with a plan of action.
A follow-up call to confirm that your project remains on track and to address any new questions that have emerged post-workshop.
